Processing & Dispatch Times
All our keepsakes are handmade with love! 💛 Please check the announcement bar at the top of our website for current processing times before ordering. Custom or personalised orders may take a little longer, and we’ll always keep you updated on your order's progress.

Shipping Options & Timeframes
We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies by location

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders over $150.00 - check our latest promotions for details!

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Lush Lane Keepsakes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been handed over to the postal service. However, if you encounter any issues, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Local Pickup
If you're local to the Jimboomba Area QLD we offer a pickup option by appointment. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready, and we’ll arrange a suitable time for collection.
