At Lush Lane Keepsakes, we take great care in creating beautiful, high-quality keepsakes. As most of our items are custom-made and personalised, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns & Refunds

No returns or refunds for change of mind on custom or personalised items.
✅ If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Changes

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible within 12 hours—after this time, we may not be able to adjust or make changes to your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once they have been shipped, but we’ll do our best to assist you in tracking your order. If you have concerns about shipping, we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout for added peace of mind.
