Where do you ship to?

We ship AUSTRALIA wide through Australia Post. Shipping options and rates are available at checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?

Processing times vary depending on the product and personalisation. Please check the announcement bar at the top of our website for current processing times before placing your order. This does not include shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're local, you can select Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to book a pickup time.

How do I return an item?

As our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! If you're interested in wholesale or bulk orders, please email us at hello@lushlanekeepsakes.au to discuss options.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, please contact us ASAP at hello@lushlanekeepsakes.au. Once production has started, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. If you have a custom request, feel free to reach out via email or our social media pages. We only take on a limited number of custom orders at a time, so be sure to plan ahead to secure your spot!

Are products safe for children?

Our keepsakes are decor only and should not be handled by little hands or left unattended with children.
